WHAT TO EXPECT

Your First Visit

Your first visit begins with a consultation to help us learn about your chief concern(s) as well as your expectations and intentions for care. We’ll review your health history and perform physical, orthopedic, and neurological exams pertaining to your symptoms. A thorough Gonstead analysis follows, including visualization, palpation, motioning, and instrumentation to assess your spine. If appropriate, we’ll take digital x-rays of your spine. If we determine that you are a candidate for chiropractic care, we’ll perform your first adjustment.

Please allow between 40 – 60 minutes for your first visit.

Following visits will take approximately 10-20 minutes.
